McKinley, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, was recently awarded a contract for services at Charlestowne Mall in St. Charles, Illinois, one of the fastest growing and affluent areas in suburban Chicago and named one of the region’s “Top 10” cities by the Chicago Tribune.
