McKinley is an all cash buyer of retail, office and multi-family properties with a focus on value-added and distressed properties.  McKinley has spent years developing and perfecting a multi-disciplinary team approach that integrates seasoned professionals on one common platform.  McKinley currently manages over $2.4 billion in assets including more than 28,358 apartments and 6.2 million square feet of commercial space in ten states supported by 1,050 full-time team members. The corporate head office is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with core markets in Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Virginia, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina.
